(More customer reviews)I ordered these for my sons computers. The mice work great. The problem is with the keyboards.When typing with the keyboard, if you type slowly they would work fine. When typing quickly it was like the keyboard could not handle it.It was very frustrating. Upon contacting the company they told me to try a few things to see if the problem would clear up. When I told them it did not help they did tell me to return the products and they would ship out replacements.
The company representative is fairly polite.However they are VERY slow. They do respond to emails but not necessarily quickly. I did return the items and they were received by the company but we are still waiting for the replacements.
I have no idea as to if the replacements will work any better. I would have returned them to Amazon but the return period had just passed. I am very skeptical as to if these replacements will work any better. I do not think that the company goes out of their way to really help a customer.
Good or bad I will update this after I receive the replacements. I will save my final opinion of the seller to that time.
