(More customer reviews)I read the review written by the person with the optical mouse so I contacted the seller to see if I could return the mousepad for a refund if I have the same problem and they said I could.Just for kicks and giggles when I received it, I used the mouseoad with the plastic wrap still on it with MY optical mouse and it worked almost perfect.When I took the plastic wrap off, it worked as good or better than the one I had previuosly and it looks so cool.Obviously someone does not know how to adjust the settings for situations like this.Thank you Kryptonite Kollectibles and the guarantee was appreciated.
