(More customer reviews)Was very excited to try this keyboard out, and its connectivity was a great disappointment.I like the general layout, which is why I bought it, but the RF connection (despite an advertised range of 25 feet, with me sitting less than 10 feet away) would drop out about once a minute, and would require reestablishing the link by pushing a little button on the back.Their tech support was friendly and helpful enough,and I tried their suggestion of putting in new batteries and switching which USB hub to put the dongle, but to no avail.Sent it back and upgraded to the Zippy RF-636, and they were kind enough to pay for the shipping for the new keyboard.
