I needed a new keyboard for myHP ze5478cl laptop and it was easy to install. Simply undo a few screws on the back and bottom and lift up a speaker cover plate. Reinstall the new one and re-screw. There is a guide online that shows you how if you look up "HP ze5400 disassemble clean repair". It was only a 10 minute job and I finally had my #3 key back as it had snagged and snapped off while doing a thorough cleaning. Back in business and didn't cost an arm and leg to have a computer store fix it. Kudo's to the seller for carrying the product and giving the mouse pad as a bonus.
